Design Your Own Door
With the Hormann open-for-infill skeleton frame, you can design your own timber infill. This leaf frame, incorporating fixing holes spaced at 30mm intervals, makes it easy for you to apply your own timber boarding - irrespective of whether you mount the boarding in a horizontal, vertical or chevron arrangement. |

Infill Mounting
Please note the minimum infill weight is 6kg per sq.mtr. and the maximum infill weight is 10kg per sq.mtr. The infill weight depends on the size of door and gear type. Please contact us for more details. |

| You can apply the boarding either within, or overlapping the frame. In selecting a timber type, please ensure that the maximum permissible weight is not exceeded so as not to impair the door action. Wood needs to be protected form the adverse effects of the environment. It is therefore essential that all timber surfaces receive further treatment on site using a proprietary stain to protect them against ultra-violet light, insect and fungal attack. |
